Job Description

We are looking for a high-impact HR Business Partner (Plant/Factory) who sees the plant not just as a workplacebut as a living system of people, performance, and possibilities. This is a hands-on partnering role for a confident HR professional who understands modern manufacturing, leverages data and systems, and brings fresh thinking to leadership effectiveness, talent development, and employee experiencecreating visible impact on the shopfloor and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Plant and Functional Leadership to align people strategy with business objectives, productivity goals, and digital transformation initiatives. Use workforce insights and data to support leadership decision-making and strengthen organizational performance.
  • Build a future-ready permanent workforce by driving succession planning, leadership development, and critical technical capability building aligned to a technology-driven plant environment.
  • Create a strong, inclusive, and performance-oriented employee experience by shaping culture, driving engagement actions, and strengthening leadership connection across the plant.
  • Ensure a stable and compliant people environment for permanent employees through consistent policy application, governance, and proactive management of people-related risks.
  • Lead the people agenda during change initiatives such as automation, system adoption, and organizational redesign, enabling leaders to drive clarity, accountability, and effectiveness.
  • Ensure efficient and seamless HR operations by leveraging digital HR systems, data, and simplified processes to improve employee and manager experience.
  • Serve as the HR leadership presence at the plant, coaching people managers, reinforcing governance standards, and ensuring alignment with enterprise HR priorities.

Ideal Profile

  • Proven experience (7+ Years) as an HR Business Partner or Plant HR role supporting a permanent workforce in a manufacturing or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong capability in business partnering, talent management, leadership development, and change management.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge constructively.
  • Hands-on, resilient, and effective in fast-paced plant environments with high operational intensity.
  • Full-time MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (or equivalent), with relevant progressive HR experience.
