Founded in 1986, Yoshika Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is a leading Tier-1 automotive components manufacturer specialising in motorcycle wheel rims, handlebars, and accessories. We are trusted partners to Bajaj Auto, Royal Enfield, Piaggio, and Kawasaki, among others.

With state-of-the-art plants in Chakan (Pune), Aurangabad, and Vallam (Sriperumbudur), Yoshika has developed in-house expertise in nickel-chrome plating, powder coating, and precision fabrication, ensuring zero-defect supply and on-time delivery for OEM customers.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Plant Head to lead our Vallam manufacturing facility, focused primarily on Nickel Chrome Plating and motorcycle wheel rim & handlebar production.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, process-driven, and capable of operating independently—while fully aligned with Yoshika's established systems and performance standards.

• Lead and manage end-to-end plant operations, including production, plating, quality, maintenance, dispatch, and manpower management.
• Drive daily production targets, ensuring output quality, plating thickness, and finish meet OEM standards.
• Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen practices to improve productivity and reduce rework/rejection.
• Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs, safety norms, and environmental compliance (including Zero Liquid Discharge and effluent management).
• Monitor and control plant budgets, OEE, and cost-per-part performance.
• Coordinate closely with the corporate planning, purchase, and quality teams to align production with business requirements.
• Lead and mentor the plant team—fostering a culture of ownership, discipline, and continuous improvement.
• Represent the plant during OEM audits, vendor evaluations, and management reviews.
• Support new business trials, capacity expansions, and customer approvals as needed.

• B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering)
• 10–20 years of experience in automotive component manufacturing, preferably in metal finishing or plating operations.
• Proven leadership in managing medium-to-large manufacturing teams and multiple shifts.
• Strong command over Nickel Chrome Plating process parameters, quality control, and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of SAP, ISO/TS systems, and TPM / Lean tools.
• Balanced approach—independent decision-making with strict system compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional coordination and customer interactions.
