Position Title: Plant Head GM Operations

To lead the team of various operations such as Processing, finishing, non-woven and

stitching.

New product Introduction and Change Management.

Skill Required: Knowledge of coating/Fabric Finishing and dyeing

Job Description:

1. Responsible for Operation / Production Optimum Utilization of Capacity

2. Responsible for factory Mass inventory control, quality, production planning, order

management and delivery scheduling in units.

3. Responsible for TQM (Total Quality Maintenance), Continuous Improvement,

Operational manufacturing

excellence, Production budget Management, Cost reduction.

4. Responsible for SOFT Skill Operational Workshop and ANDON implementation.

5. Responsible for factory performance in terms of productivity enhancing, quality

improvement, on time deliveries, reduction of manufacturing lead time.

Interpersonal skills:

Responsible to look after overall activities of the whole plant starting from Resource management to dispatch which includes raw material procurement, vendor development, overall operation, maintenance, PPC, HR, Commercial, Engineering, Accounting, Inspection, Dispatch, Coordination with Marketing department and making MIS

Preferred Industry: Textile / Fabric - Manufacturing

Education Qualification: B.E./B.Tech - Textile tech / Chemistry

Experience Required: 20+ years (out of 10 yrs leadership position experience)

Age Criteria: 45+ yrs
