Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plant Leadership:

  • Oversee complete plant operations including production, quality, engineering, and maintenance.

P&L Ownership:

  • Drive plant profitability through cost control, operational efficiency, and strategic resource allocation.

Electronics Assembly:

  • Lead and optimize large-format TV assembly lines; experience in SMT and testing processes is critical.

Line Balancing & Productivity:

  • Ensure efficient line balancing, workflow optimization, and achievement of key production KPIs.

Lean Manufacturing:

  • Implement Lean, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement practices to drive operational excellence.

Team Management:

  • Lead cross-functional teams with a strong focus on employee development, motivation, and performance.

Quality & Compliance:

  • Ensure high-quality output aligned with global standards and regulatory compliance.

CapEx & Infrastructure:

  • Manage CapEx projects and support plant infrastructure development to meet scaling needs.

Candidate Profile:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Industrial Engineering (IE)
  • 15+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing; TV manufacturing preferred
  • Proven expertise in plant operations, P&L management, SMT processes, and quality assurance
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Experience in mobile or laptop assembly is an added advantage
  • Well-versed in compliance, safety, CapEx planning, and process improvement
