Seeking a highly experienced Plant Head / Factory Head to lead and manage overall plant operations in manufacturing industry with strong expertise in managing 300cr+ production unit-production management, TPM, vendor coordination, and industrial relations. The role will transcend into a CEO role in 24 to 36 Months.

Responsibilities:
Production & Operations:
- Oversee end-to-end production processes, from raw material procurement to final product delivery.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality targets, and on-time dispatches.
- Implement best practices in shop floor management, resource utilization, and cost control.
- Drive zero-defect manufacturing, zero breakdown targets, and 6 Sigma practices. Ensure maintenance of ISO standards, TPM, 5S, and other quality systems.
Plant Management:
- Lead all plant functions including production, quality, maintenance, stores, logistics, and EHS. Implement robust systems to monitor KPIs, OEE, and plant productivity.
- Manage cross-functional teams to align with organizational goals and continuous improvement.
Manpower & Union Handling:
- Effectively manage shop floor workforce, contract labor, and staff employees.
- Handle industrial relations, trade unions, and maintain harmony across all levels.
- Address grievances and promote a safe and compliant work environment.
Administration & Compliance:
- Manage interactions with local government authorities, pollution boards, legal, safety & labor departments.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to factory acts, labor laws, and environmental norms.
Vendor & Hardware Product Management:
- Coordinate with hardware vendors and suppliers for procurement and quality assurance.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely availability of components.
Key Skills & Experience:
Education - B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical or related disciplines
- Minimum 15 years of experience in electrical hardware manufacturing company.
- Proven experience in managing 100cr+ plant unit independently.
- Strong knowledge of TPM, 6 Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, ISO & Quality Systems.
- Exposure to hardware production processes and component integration.
- Sound knowledge of production planning, process control, and cost management.
- Ability to manage large teams, unions, contractors, and drive a performance culture.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
