Plant Head

The Plant Head will oversee end-to-end plant operations including general administration, production, quality, maintenance, safety, and dispatch. This role requires strong leadership, planning, and decision-making abilities to ensure smooth execution and continual process improvement.

Lead overall plant operations to meet production, quality, and delivery targets.

Oversee departments: Production, PPC, QMS, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Safety.

Implement and monitor SOPs, productivity standards, and cost-control initiatives.

Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

Coordinate with senior management for strategic planning and reporting.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and statutory requirements.

Ensure harmonious work culture.

Degree/Diploma in Engineering

15-20+ years experience in heavy fabrication / transformer tank manufacturing.

Demonstrated strong leadership skills and technical understanding of fabrication, painting & machining.
