Job Description

Chance to lead the plant finance operations for a global firm
Leading 4 large plants in the western side of India

Job Description

Oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards within the plant.
Prepare and present detailed financial reports to management for decision-making.
Monitor and control plant budgets, costs, and financial forecasts.
Collaborate with the operations team to optimize financial performance.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory financial requirements.
Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
Manage audits and liaise with external auditors as required.
Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures within the plant.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Plant Finance Controller should have:

Should have a CMA qualification
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance.
Experience in the Chemical Industry or a similar manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
