- Oversee all financial activities related to plant operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Monitor production costs, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
- Ensure accurate reporting of financial performance and compliance with accounting standards.
- Develop and implement cost control measures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with plant managers to monitor and analyze production costs.
- Manage inventory accounting and ensure proper valuation in line with company policies.
- Provide financial insights to plant leadership for decision-making.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and insights.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to optimize financial operations.
Profile
A Successful Plant Finance Controller Should Have
- CMA, CA certification is highly preferrable.
- 5+ years of experience in controlling and accounting background.
- Experience/knowledge in SAP is a must.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
