Salary:- 28LPA - 35LPA

• Oversee daily plant operations to ensure efficient and safe production processes.
• Maintain and troubleshoot plant equipment and machinery to minimize downtime.
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs for all plant systems and equipment.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to improve operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the plant.
• Monitor plant performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Manage installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.
• Prepare and maintain technical reports, maintenance records, and operational documentation.
• Support cost reduction initiatives by improving equipment efficiency and resource utilization.
• Supervise maintenance staff, technicians, and contractors working in the plant.
