Role Description
Maintenance Plant Engineering (API)
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of API manufacturing equipment.
Ensure smooth running of reactors, centrifuges, dryers, pumps, and utilities.
Attend equipment issues and support **production during operations.
Maintain GMP documentation, logbooks, and maintenance records.
Follow safety and EHS guidelines at all times.
HVAC Plant Engineering (API)
Operate and maintain HVAC systems for clean rooms and process areas.
Monitor and control temperature, humidity, and pressure** as per API standards.
Maintain AHUs, chillers, filters, and ducts.
Support clean room qualification and audits.
Ensure compliance with GMP and environmental norms.
Electrical Plant Engineering (API)
Maintain HT/LT electrical systems, panels, motors, and DG sets.
Ensure uninterrupted power supply to API manufacturing areas.
Attend electrical breakdowns and perform preventive maintenance.
Follow electrical safety practices and statutory requirements.
Maintain records, drawings, and GMP documentation.
