Position Summary
Lead Maintenance responsible for daily shift handling and projects related to electrical maintenance, energy saving and looking after 11 KV substation maintenance with legal requirements and safety
Work You'll Do
- Responsible to handle shifts individually
- Day to day maintenance activity work planning & work allocation to technicians.
- Execution of preventive maintenance schedule for plant Machines, Equipment & Utilities.
- Spare part planning & maintaining spares availability.
- Electrical /Electronics fault finding & diagnosis.
- Implementation of kaizen activity.
- Periodic condition monitoring activities of thermography of electrical installations, Vibration & Balancing activities of rotating equipment.
- Responsible to prepare & present MIS (Management Information Sheet) reporting.
- Responsible for EHS of Employee, plant & equipment.
- Identification of energy saving projects, Energy consumption data capturing & Monthly B/D data capturing & CAPA/RCA analysis for major /critical B/D. – Electrical
- Should communicate with clarity of thoughts & positively lead the maintenance work force.
- Must be proactive, resourceful & updated about new technologies
- Self-motivated & action oriented. Should have good time management skill.
- Effective utilization of manpower & resources
- Power distribution calculations for switch gears & cable sizing.
- Basics of Hydraulics & Pneumatics system used in machines.
- Hands on experience on VFD set up parameters, maintenance & servicing.
- Hands on experience in fault finding activity of control & power wiring.
- Well Conversant about safety & operational logic interlocks in EOT cranes, Compressors, Machine tools ,Furnaces etc.
- Safe work practices used in high voltage & low voltage electrical installations.
Team
This role will be part of maintenance team based at Ahmedabad.
Basic Qualifications
Diploma /BE in Electrical engineering Experience 7 to 8 Years.
