JOB ROLE:
This role supports the plant's financial operations by managing costing, accounting, and financial analysis. The person will track costs, analyze variances, prepare reports, and provide insights to help control expenses and improve plant performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle plant accounting and ensure accurate financial records
- Review product costing and inventory valuation
- Monitor OPEX and analyze cost variances
- Prepare MIS reports and review GL and AP transactions
- Use Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
- Work with plant and other teams to close open issues
- Support inventory control and internal compliance
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization
- Maintain records and support audits
- Use Oracle ERP for financial data and reports
Required Skills & Experience
- Qualified Cost Accountant/ CA / MBA (Finance)
- 510 years of experience in plant/manufacturing finance
- Strong analytical and follow-up skills
