Job Title: Manager Digitalization & Performance Monitoring (EPC - Engineering & Construction)
Location: Delhi
Experience: 7-12 years of experience in project planning, progress/performance monitoring, digital systems, or analytics-driven roles within EPC or infrastructure environments.
Role Overview:
The Manager Digitalization & Performance Monitoring will lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of digital tools to enhance project planning, monitoring, reporting, and performance management across EPC projects. The role focuses on digitizing manual processes, developing dashboards and MIS reports, integrating ERP and project data, and enabling data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Tool Implementation & Integration
- Lead the implementation of digital tools for project planning, monitoring, and reporting.
- Support deployment of IoT-based solutions and AI/ML-driven forecasting tools.
- Ensure seamless integration of digital tools with existing systems such as Excel, Primavera, ERP, and internal platforms.
- Translate business and operational requirements into effective digital and analytical solutions.
Data Management & Reporting
- Develop and maintain centralized databases for project schedules, progress updates, and historical planning data.
- Collect, validate, consolidate, and analyze planning and performance data from site teams, planners, and project management teams.
- Integrate ERP and internal reporting data into digital dashboards and analytics platforms.
- Design, develop, and maintain digital dashboards, KPIs, MIS reports, and standardized reporting templates.
- Support the development of:
- Integrated planning and performance dashboards
- Forecasting and trend-based performance reports
- Standardized digital reporting formats
Process Digitization & Analytics
- Identify manual, repetitive planning and monitoring processes and drive their digitization and automation.
- Perform data analysis using Advanced Excel and Power BI to support project performance tracking and management decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across planning and performance systems.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Planning, Projects, IT, and Senior Management.
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment of digital solutions with operational needs.
- Prepare clear system documentation, reports, user manuals, and training materials for implemented digital solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Renewable Energy / IT).
- 7-12 years of experience in project planning, progress/performance monitoring, digital systems, or analytics-driven roles within EPC or infrastructure environments.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- Experience working with centralized project monitoring or command centers in the EPC domain.
- Exposure to IoT, data analytics, automation, or AI/ML-based systems.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and data integration.
- Strong understanding of data flows, dependencies, and system architecture.
- High proficiency in Advanced Excel and Power BI.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive digital transformation initiatives.
