Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Planning Manager with 5+Y experinece, based in Chennai. The Planning Manager will oversee project planning, resource allocation, and timeline tracking to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Key tasks include preparing schedules, monitoring project progress, mitigating risks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives. The role also involves regular reporting and ensuring adherence to legal and safety guidelines in the infrastructure domain.

Qualifications

• Experience in resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation
• Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Knowledge of infrastructure projects like road construction and paving works
• Leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• Strong understanding of industry standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
• Prior experience in a planning or infrastructure role is highly desirable
