Job Purpose:
The candidate will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role involves tracking industry dynamics, new launches, benchmarking against competitor OEMs, analyzing trends and providing actionable insights to the senior leadership to influence Royal Enfield's market strategy and annual business planning cycle.
Roles and Responsibility:
- Conduct deep-dive economic and market analysis for States & Zones across the country.
- Monitor competitor performance at a regional and product-segment level.
- Publish monthly Industry Insight Reports and State-wise/Town-wise industry reports.
- Perform post-launch analysis for new models and platform-wise/color-level performance tracking.
- Design and develop high-impact industry presentations for Board Meetings, Town Halls, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Lead the development of All-India Industry Strategic Business Plan (SBP), integrating macroeconomic factors and Two wheeler/ Four wheeler industry trends.
- Collate and analyze monthly wholesale and retail data of Two Wheeler industry to maintain a comprehensive database that is needed for analysis.
- Create strategic content for International and Domestic Annual Dealer Conference
Education: B.E / B. Tech degree with post graduation/ certification related to data analytics
Experience: 3-6 years in Automobile Industry/ Consulting roles in Automobile industry
experience in Market Intelligence/ Business Planning roles.
