Planning Manager - Real Estate High rise building

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning for high-rise residential and commercial buildings, including timeline, resource, and budget allocation.
• Develop detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera and MS Project.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, architects, and regulatory authorities for smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
• Monitor project budgets, conduct cost-benefit analysis, and optimize expenditures.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including plans, permits, contracts, and reports.
• Provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor the project planning team to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Conduct site visits to ensure alignment with project plans and quality benchmarks.
