Job Summary
Della Townships is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Planning Manager with 4-5 years of experience in construction/project planning, preferably within luxury townships, real estate, or large-scale residential/commercial developments. The ideal candidate should be a NICMAR graduate with strong expertise in project scheduling, planning tools like Microsoft Project (MSP), and PMP certification. The role involves managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely execution of township development projects.

Key Responsibilities
.Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines using Microsoft Project (MSP)/ Primavera
.Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed within the planned schedule.
.Prepare detailed planning reports, dashboards, and progress updates for management.
.Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
.Conduct delay analysis, risk assessment, and mitigation planning for township development projects.
.Ensure alignment between project scope, budget, and timelines.
.Support leadership in strategic planning and execution of luxury township projects.
.Track resource allocation and project productivity to improve operational efficiency.
.Assist in tender planning, project baseline schedules, and construction sequencing.
.Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices.

Job Expectations:

Required Qualifications
.Preferred: Postgraduate qualification from NICMAR (National Institute of Construction Management and Research).
.Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project (MSP) and planning tools.

Preferred Experience
.Experience working on luxury townships, real estate developments, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
.Exposure to high-end residential or mixed-use township developments will be an added advantage.

Minimum Qualification:
