Planning Executive

Job Summary

Production Planning Executive is responsible for coordinating day-to-day production tracking, rework of components, issuing the kits for integration and supporting team during the quarter planning and inventory count.

Key Responsibility

1. Daily Sales Order verification before sending the machine for production regarding the availability of components.

2. Handling of rework if any rework occurs during production.

3. Tracking of finish good and semi finished goods till the machine reaches for final dispatch.

4. Issuing of the components for testing.

5. Communication with cross function team.

6. SAP related activity – Techo, BOM execution, components issuing.

Preparation of daily reports required for daily planning.

Requirements

Required Skills

1. Must be graduate.

2. SAP knowledge is mandatory.

3. Able to work on Excel with advance knowledge.

4. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
