Planning Engineer

We are looking for a Project Planning Engineer to join our team and support project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and coordination activities.

Location: Sudi Mayagiri, Karnataka

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: BE / B.Tech – Electrical / Mechanical / Civil

Key Responsibilities

• Project planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
• Develop L1 / L2 / L3 project schedules using MS Project / Primavera.
• Update the baseline schedule on a weekly basis.
• Maintain project records and documentation.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and project-related reports.
• Track and update engineering, ordering/procurement, and construction activities on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and flag critical issues, delays, and project risks.
• Monitor project progress against planned schedules and milestones.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera.
• Working knowledge of SAP MM modules.
• Good command of MS Office – Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
• Strong project planning and scheduling skills.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

BE / B.Tech – Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering
