PLANNING ENGINEER

STELZ Multiparking Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru.

Position: Planning Engineer

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Experience: 1–4 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering

Employment Type: Full-Time

• Prepare and monitor production plans and schedules

• Plan material, manpower, machines, and resources as per project requirements

• Coordinate with Production, Design, Purchase, Stores, Quality & Project teams

• Track production progress against planned schedules

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports

• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and delivery commitments

• Identify delays, bottlenecks, and resource constraints and take corrective action

• Follow up on material availability and procurement requirements

• Prepare and maintain planning trackers, MIS reports, and project schedules

• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely completion of production and dispatch

• Support capacity planning and improve production efficiency

ERP/MRP systems

BOM & Material Planning

Engineering Drawing Understanding

Project Planning & Coordination

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and follow-up skills
