Role Overview

The Planning Engineer will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of construction projects. The role requires close coordination with site, engineering, procurement, and management teams to track progress, identify delays, and support corrective measures.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

Experience:

3 to 8 years of relevant experience in construction / EPC projects

Exposure to industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects preferred

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project

Strong understanding of construction sequencing

Knowledge of BOQs, drawings, and contracts

Good command over MS Excel & PowerPoint

Familiarity with project controls and reporting systems

Behavioral & Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and coordination abilities

Detail-oriented with strong time management

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
