Job Summary:

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join Aratt Developers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, monitoring progress, and ensuring the timely delivery of all ongoing construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, update & maintain project schedules.

Prepare baseline schedules, track progress, and highlight delays.

Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and procurement teams.

Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.

Forecast material, manpower & resource requirements.

Monitor project timelines, dependencies & critical paths.

Conduct delay analysis and recommend corrective actions.

Support management with MIS, dashboards & project planning insights.

Ensure adherence to company timelines, quality standards, and safety norms.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

47 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in real estate/residential/high-rise projects.

Strong knowledge of project planning tools.

Good understanding of construction methods, sequencing & resource planning.

Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Ability to handle multiple project timelines simultaneously.
