Job Description
Urgently requirement in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for the Planning Engineer from Gas & Fuel Industry Experienced.
Job responsibilities
Develop and manage detailed schedules covering activities through the start of execution using Primavera P6
Monitoring progress, updating, and correcting schedule based on the inputs provided by the contractor.
Conduct site visit in consultation with Site Engineer to acquire updated information on progress of work site.
Preparing weekly report, monthly report, monthly presentation and attending weekly meetings for the discussion of project progress.
Preparing material submittals based on the project specification and customers requirement.
Coordinate with the procurement department for the materials to be procured that are needed for the specific project.
Coordinate with the store in charge of the materials availability needed for the specific project.
Preparing O & M manual as per project requirement.
Preparing method statement and other related document for each project.
Responding to the comment given by the consultant related to the material submittal. O & M manual, work schedule, method statement, etc.
Attending client meeting and liase with supplier for technical inputs for material submittal.
To comply with the Quality and HSE standards and to report on the matter concerned in case of any non-compliance of the above standards noticed.
The Employee is required to perform other duties associated with the position at all times.
