Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Planning Engineer role located in Dhar. The Planning Engineer will be responsible for handling project planning, monitoring work progress, creating production plans, preparing schedules, and ensuring adherence to timelines. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing project requirements, developing strategies for project completion, coordinating with teams, and implementing effective project control measures to meet objectives efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Planning and Project Control to ensure timely and efficient execution of tasks
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating project data and adapting strategies as needed
- Production Planning expertise to allocate resources optimally and manage workflow effectively
- Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with teams, stakeholders, and clients effectively
- Experience in using project management tools is a plus
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
