Planning Engineer
Billing & Quantity Surveying (QS) Engineer
The Ideal Candidate
Experience: 1 to 5 years in high-rise residential projects.
Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Technical Skills (Planning): Proficiency in Microsoft Project (MSP) and Advanced Excel is mandatory. (Experience with complex Work Breakdown Structures and slab cycle tracking is a plus).
Technical Skills (Billing/QS): Expertise in quantity takeoff, vendor bill processing, and reconciliation for large-scale structural and finishing works.
Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
Monitoring daily progress against master schedules to ensure milestone compliance.
Coordinating with site execution, QAQC, and Safety teams to maintain seamless workflow.
Managing vendor relationships and tracking material delivery timelines (Aluform, windows, tiles, etc.).
Preparing precise MIS reports and catch-up plans for high-pressure handover schedules.
