Experience:
- 12-15 years of experience in real estate development or construction project management
- Demonstrated track record of successful planning and control management in hotel, mall, or high-end commercial construction
- Proven experience in leading and coordinating project planning activities
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for hotel, mall, and high-end commercial construction projects
- Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project execution
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, implementing proactive solutions to mitigate issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Analyze project performance data to evaluate cost efficiency and identify areas for improvement
- Provide regular reports on project status, budget variance, and schedule adherence to senior management
- Lead and mentor a team of planning and control professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, building codes, and safety requirements throughout project execution
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Construction Management from (NICMAR / CEPT) or Project Management (preferred)
Certification Required:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification(preferred)
- LEED Accredited Professional (preferred)
