What you will do
- Data Analysis : Gather and analyze data to support planning activities.
- Reporting : Prepare detailed reports and presentations.
- Process Evaluation : Evaluate current planning processes and recommend improvements.
- Collaboration : Work with finance, operations, and other departments to align planning activities.
- KPI Monitoring : Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Strategic Planning : Assist in developing annual/long-term strategic plans.
- Scenario Analysis : Conduct scenario analysis and forecasting.
- Model Maintenance : Maintain and update planning models and tools.
About You
Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering/Technology with GPA 6.5+.
- 3-5 years in data analysis and planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Power BI, excellent communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, attention to detail, strong organizational skills.
