ABOUT THE ROLE
The Planner DriveX Direct will drive business planning, performance analytics, and execution tracking for DriveX's C2C marketplace. This role sits at the intersection of revenue, operations, and growth, ensuring that demand, supply, monetisation, and execution are tightly aligned to business targets.
The role is critical to enabling predictable growth, faster GTM execution, and data-backed decision making for DriveX Direct.
Key Responsibilities
Business Planning & Performance Management
- Build and manage monthly and quarterly business plans for DriveX Direct covering GMV, revenue, conversion, and supply metrics.
- Track target vs actuals, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions with Ops, Growth, and Product teams.
- Own planning frameworks that sync supply onboarding, inspections, transactions, and monetisation.
Marketplace Demand & Supply Planning
- Forecast seller supply, buyer demand, and transaction volumes across cities and cohorts.
- Track funnel metrics from listing inspection negotiation transaction closure.
- Identify bottlenecks impacting liquidity, conversion, and TAT and highlight actions required.
Revenue, P&L & Monetisation Analytics
- Track performance of monetisation levers (inspection reports, documentation, platform fees, add-on
services).
- Support P&L analysis, contribution margin tracking, and cost-to-serve insights for DriveX Direct.
- Work closely with Finance and Ops to ensure pricing, collections, and revenue recognition discipline.
Management Reporting & Dashboarding
- Build and maintain dashboards for leadership covering GMV, revenue, conversion, TATs, supply health, and
- ops efficiency.
- Own MPR readiness for DriveX Direct with clear insights, risks, and action points.
- Automate reports and reduce manual dependencies wherever possible.
GTM & Cross-Functional Execution Support
- Support GTM planning for new cities, features, and monetisation launches.
- Ensure data readiness and execution tracking post-launch.
- Act as the analytics and planning SPOC between Ops, Growth, Product, Tech, and Finance teams.
Continuous Improvement & Governance
- Use data to identify recurring issues and drive PDCA-based improvements.
- Maintain planning discipline through OKRs, review cadences, and follow-ups.
- Support leadership with scenario modelling and what-if analysis.
Requirements
Skills & Experience
- Strong analytical and planning mindset with hands-on dash boarding experience.
- Excellent command over Excel/ Google Sheets, reporting automation, and data analysis.
- Good understanding of marketplace funnels, P&L, and revenue analytics.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and drive closure through data.
- Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills.
Preferred Background
- Experience in marketplaces, classifieds, mobility, e-commerce, or transaction-led businesses.
- Exposure to sales analytics, business analytics, or ops planning roles.
- Prior experience working with senior leadership on performance reviews and planning
