The Placement /CRC Incumbent will be responsible for developing and maintaining industry partnerships to facilitate student placements and internships. The role involves planning and executing placement strategies, coordinating with academic departments, preparing students for recruitment, and ensuring high-quality engagement with recruiters. A strong background in maintaining good relations with Corporate clients is essential.

Job Responsibilities :

• Develop strategic relationships with corporates, startups, and organizations for internships and final placements.
• Manage end-to-end campus placement activities including employer outreach, scheduling interviews, pre-placement talks, and offer follow-ups.
• Coordinate with academic departments to align placement activities with curriculum outcomes.
• Guide students on career planning, resume writing, interview skills, and professional etiquette.
• Conduct and coordinate training workshops, mock interviews, and skill enhancement programs.
• Maintain and update placement records, recruiter databases, and student performance reports.
• Organize campus recruitment drives, industry interaction sessions, job fairs, and alumni engagement events.
• Ensure regular communication with students and manage placement-related queries and grievances.
• Work closely with the Internship Manager and Placement Executives to execute plans effectively.
• Prepare placement reports, feedback analysis, and provide inputs for institutional improvement.

Experiences :

5-7 years in similar industry. Past experience in Placements in University/College or with HR Consulting companies with good connect with Senior HR professionals can also be considered.
