Placement Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Specialist, based in Mumbai. The Placement Specialist will be responsible for guiding students through career opportunities, maintaining relationships with recruiting partners, managing end-to-end placement processes, and providing career counseling. Additionally, the role includes conducting training sessions to enhance employability skills and organizing job fairs or industry meet-ups to connect students with potential employers.

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to evaluate opportunities and match candidates with roles effectively
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with students and recruitment partners
• Experience in Training and mentoring students to enhance employability and career readiness
• Proficiency in Recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and collaborating with hiring managers
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of the education or finance industry is preferred but not mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
