We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Placement Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting client placements by connecting with HR professionals, facilitating hiring processes, and ensuring successful onboarding of candidates.

• Provide end-to-end placement support to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HRs and hiring managers across organizations.
• Coordinate with clients and companies to schedule interviews and follow up on hiring processes.
• Assist candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Identify and connect with potential hiring partners for placement opportunities.
• Track placement progress and maintain accurate records of candidate status.
• Support IT hiring requirements with a focus on quality and timely delivery.
• Guide clients on job readiness, interview preparation, and industry expectations.

• 2 to 4 years of experience in the EdTech industry, preferably in placement or recruitment roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in IT hiring support.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and client coordination.
• Knowledge or experience in Oracle-related placements is highly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Result-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proven track record of onboarding client in IT profiles.
