Responsibilities
- Support in planning & execution of Career Services strategies
- Managing database without supervision
- Posting opportunities on the placement portal.
- Conduct and supervise batch launch/interventions/briefing sessions for the students
- Should be able to handle end-to-end recruitment drives
- Collecting feedback from students/ account managers
- Preparing the data for weekly and monthly placement reports
- Maintain a clear dashboard of the current status of all the drives in progress.
- Prepare and execute an action plan on the basis of shared feedback and suggestions.
- Promote a culture of positivity, collaboration, continuous improvement, and commitment to quality in all aspects of career services activities
Eligibility-
- Education - Graduation - Preferably MBA in HR
- Experience - 1-2 years in Placement Operations and EdTech Industry
- Language- Preferably speaking in Kannada
