Coding Thinker is a fast-growing coding institute committed to helping students launch successful tech careers. We're looking for a Placement Officer who can work with us on a flexible basis to connect our students with job and internship opportunities in the tech industry.

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Placement Officer on a part-time, freelance, or per-drive basis to build corporate relationships, organize placement drives, and help our students secure jobs and internships. Ideal for HR professionals, recruiters, or industry veterans who have a strong network and a passion for mentoring.

Responsibilities:

Connect with IT companies, startups, and hiring managers to arrange placement or internship drives.

Coordinate and conduct virtual or on-site placement events and interviews.

Guide students in resume preparation, interview readiness, and career orientation.

Bring in paid/unpaid internship opportunities relevant to software development, data science, and related fields.

Maintain a database of job openings and student placements.

Requirements:

Prior experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or corporate relations.

Strong communication and networking skills.

Active connections in the tech hiring space (HRs, startup founders, tech recruiters, etc.).

Ability to work independently and on a flexible schedule.

Basic understanding of the skills and job roles in the tech domain.

Compensation:

Per Drive Payment: Fixed fee per successful placement or recruitment drive.

Freelance / Part-Time: Retainer or hourly-based payment structure available depending on involvement.

Incentives/Bonuses: Additional incentives for successful job offers or internships facilitated.

Key Responsibilities:
