Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Placement Specialist. The Placement Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and managing student placements, liaising with industry partners to secure internship and job opportunities, guiding students in their career planning and skill development, conducting workshops and training sessions, and maintaining strong relationships with employers and alumni to enhance placement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Any graduate /Post graduate with 5+ yrs of Experience in coordinating and managing student placements.
• Good network with Good Brands .
• Freshers need not to apply.
• who have prior work experience in same profile they need to apply only.

• Previously involved in Placement of IT/Management/LAW/Media students.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills with industry partners and employers
• Career planning, skill development, and student guidance experience
• Ability to conduct workshops and training sessions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
