Key Responsibilities

Placement Coordination

Collaborate with online and offline academic coordinators to ensure the successful placement of students post-B2 level, particularly in international job opportunities.

Batch Engagement & Updates

Actively engage with student batches across all branches to provide regular placement updates and visits, ensuring timely guidance and support.

Student Database Management

Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of students eligible for placement and migration services.

Assistant Placement Officer Supervision

Supervise and support Assistant Placement Officers to ensure effective coordination and smooth execution of all placement-related activities.

Comprehensive Student Support

Address student concerns and queries regarding placements, interviews, migration, and documentation to ensure a seamless placement experience.

Document Collection & Verification

Ensure timely and accurate collection of necessary documents for both placement and international migration purposes.

Screening & Interview Preparation

Conduct screening tests, mock interviews, and speaking practice sessions to prepare students for recruiter evaluations.

Global Recruiter Engagement

Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with recruiters from Germany, Austria, UAE, Japan, and other key countries to broaden placement avenues.

Migration Process Expertise

Stay updated on country-specific migration and visa proceduresespecially for Ausbildung and nursing programs in Germanyand provide accurate guidance to candidates.

Language Training Coordination

Work closely with language trainers to ensure candidates continue learning and meet the linguistic requirements of various countries.

Student Evaluation & Tracking

Implement continuous evaluation mechanisms to monitor candidate readiness and identify support gaps in language, skills, or documentation.

Branch Visits & Operational Coordination

Visit various branches (Bangalore, Kozhikode, Kochi, etc.) to conduct placement drives, student assessments, recruiter meetings, and ensure alignment across locations.

Collaboration with External Institutes

Establish partnerships with other language institutes, offering placement and migration services to their B2-level students through Lanstitut's platform.

Recruiter Expansion

Identify and onboard new recruiters from both within India and internationally to increase placement volume and diversity.

Financial Oversight

Coordinate with the finance team to track placement-related expenses, recruiter payments, and candidate service fees, ensuring transparency and budget adherence.

Marketing Support & Content Contribution

Support the Marketing team by contributing to content creation and participating in video presentations to promote placement services and success stories.
