Job Overview
Axess Technology is looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven HR Partnerships & Corporate Relations Manager to strengthen corporate connections and generate consistent placement opportunities for candidates.
The role focuses on building relationships with corporate HR teams, understanding hiring requirements, and creating a steady pipeline of job opportunities to support candidate placements and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, and hiring managers across organizations.
- Identify and onboard new corporate hiring partners to expand placement opportunities.
- Conduct corporate visits, meetings, and networking activities to understand hiring needs.
- Generate and manage job mandates from partner companies to ensure a consistent job pipeline for candidate placements.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment and training teams to align candidate supply with corporate hiring requirements.
- Represent the organization at HR networking events, job fairs, and industry meetups to expand corporate partnerships.
- Track corporate interactions, maintain partnership pipelines, and provide regular updates on hiring opportunities and placement conversions.
- Drive initiatives to improve corporate engagement and placement success rates.
Requirements
- 35 years of experience in corporate partnerships, placement coordination, recruitment partnerships, or corporate relations.
- Experience in building relationships with HRs and Talent Acquisition teams.
- Good understanding of IT hiring roles and recruitment ecosystem.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for corporate meetings and partnership development.
- Self-driven with a business development mindset.
Preferred Background
- Experience in placement services, staffing, recruitment firms, or training & placement institutes.
- Exposure to IT hiring or technical recruitment ecosystem.
- Experience attending HR networking events, job fairs, or industry meetups.
