ERP: Finance Focus (FICO)
About The Role
As a Lead ERP Finance Specialist, you will lead finance transformation programs leveraging ERP solutions such as SAP S/4HANA FICO, Treasury, and Financial Planning & Budgeting. You will collaborate with client CFOs, finance leaders, and BCG partners to deliver end-to-end ERP-enabled finance modernization initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Lead finance-focused ERP transformations across General Ledger, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, and Treasury Management.
- Drive integration between Controlling (CO), Project Systems (PS), and Planning & Budgeting.
- Provide strategic guidance on finance data models, cost allocations, and statutory reporting.
- Design future-state processes for financial close, consolidation, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (IFRS, GAAP) and internal controls.
- Work closely with clients to optimize Capex/Opex through ERP and digital finance initiatives.
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- 16+ years in ERP finance roles with deep SAP FICO, Treasury, or BPC/Group Reporting experience.
- Experience designing and deploying end-to-end finance solutions in S/4HANA or equivalent ERP.
- Exposure to projects integrating finance with supply chain, procurement, and HR.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and project accounting.
- Experience engaging with CFOs, Controllers, and Finance Transformation leaders.
ERP Sales and Distribution Focus (SD)
About The Role
As a Lead ERP Sales Specialist, you will lead end-to-end design and delivery of ERP sales, order management, and pricing processes using SAP SD, AATP, and CRM/BRIM capabilities.
What You'll Do
- Lead ERP transformations across Order-to-Cash (O2C), Billing, and Pricing processes.
- Implement and optimize SAP SD, AATP, and integrated CRM/BRIM platforms.
- Enable digital customer experience and omnichannel sales models within ERP.
- Develop revenue recognition and subscription-based pricing capabilities.
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain functions for integrated sales operations.
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- 16+ years experience in ERP-led sales and customer operations transformation.
- Deep SAP SD and CRM/BRIM expertise; AATP experience preferred.
- Strong grasp of order fulfillment, returns, rebate, and pricing management processes.
- Exposure to industries like CPG, manufacturing, or telecom.
- Experience engaging with Sales, Commercial, and Digital Transformation leaders.
ERP Procurement and Supply Chain Focus
About The Role
As a Lead ERP Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist, you will design and implement ERP-driven procurement and sourcing processes that deliver efficiency, transparency, and savings. You will lead initiatives using SAP MM, WM, and complementary tools like Ariba, Coupa, and iValua.
What You'll Do
- Lead ERP transformations in Procurement, Vendor Management, and Warehouse Operations.
- Architect and integrate eProcurement and Source-to-Pay platforms (Ariba, Coupa, iValua) with ERP.
- Optimize inventory and warehouse operations through SAP MM and WM modules.
- Enhance supplier collaboration through catalogs, SRM, and spend analytics.
- Develop KPIs for procurement effectiveness, compliance, and sustainability goals.
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
- 16+ years experience in ERP procurement and logistics, with deep SAP MM and WM expertise.
- Working knowledge of QM, SRM, Ariba, Coupa, or iValua integration with ERP.
- Strong understanding of supply base rationalization, contract lifecycle, and cost optimization.
- Experience advising CPOs and Procurement Transformation teams.
- Exposure to AI/analytics-driven procurement insights preferred.
