Treasury support.
The role will be responsible for supporting case management across the full lifecycle, from onboarding and new appointments to progression and closure. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work accurately within defined compliance.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Preparation of VAT returns and VAT reclaims
- Management of TDM (off site storage)
- Recording of receipts
- Raising payments
- Bordereau (insurance)
- Manage daily bank reconciliations.
- Opening bank accounts
- Corporation Tax Returns (possibly)
- Raising fee notes
- Assist with preparation of bank transfers and cash flow management.
- Preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly reconciliations.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly journals.
Specific Technical Skills
- Any relevant bachelor's degree.
- Have at least 2 years of bookkeeping experience in a public practice accounting firm or any big firm.
- Bookkeeping experience is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Knowledge of GST and VAT matters.
- Good Communication.
- Attention to detail concerning descriptions in accounting files, work papers, payroll processes and month-end work papers.
- Ability to identify issues or errors in accounting files and communicate these to managers.
- Efficient and timely in processing work.
