Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to conduct surveys.
- Ask structured political survey questions and record responses accurately.
- Ensure clarity, neutrality, and professionalism during calls.
- Maintain proper call records and daily reports.
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding survey updates and feedback.
Requirements:
- Good understanding of politics and current affairs.
- Ability to speak and understand Tamil fluently.
- Basic English communication skills (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Ability to handle calling targets and structured surveys.
