We are looking for a creative and experienced Pitch Deck Designer to be a part of our design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ideating, conceptualising, and designing high-quality visual output, including hands-on work.
This role is ideal for someone who has worked on high-stakes B2B content and understands how to design for business audiences not just aesthetics. The candidate will work closely with the Lead Visual Designer and contribute independently across projects for international clients.
The selected candidate will be responsible for designing projects that include creative presentation design, developing Qcept's LinkedIn posts design, building marketing collateral, pitch decks, brochures, event presentations and more.
Relevant professional experience should range between 25 years.
What You Will Work On:
- High-stakes consulting and corporate presentation decks
- Pitch decks, sales decks, and investor presentations
- Annual reports, whitepapers, and case studies
- Thought leadership and insight-driven documents
- Visual storytelling for data-heavy and complex content
- Marketing collateral (brochures, event presentations, etc.)
Key responsibilities:
- Design execution and delivery: Support the creative vision and assist in the execution of design projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Innovation and trends: Leverage AI tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, and Gemini to accelerate image creation and enhance creative workflows.
- Project contribution: Contribute to the design process from concept to delivery, creating pitch decks, brochures, social media posts, event presentations and other marketing materials.
- Quality assurance: Maintain high standards of quality control, reviewing all design work before it is presented to clients.
- Innovation and trends: Stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and implement best practices to continuously improve our design services.
Skills:
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides).
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, and Adobe Firefly to enhance creativity and workflow efficiency.
- Strong understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, typography, layout, and color theory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the design team and clients.
- Strong time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide creative solutions.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including presentations, social media marketing, branding, and other visual materials.
CTC range: 5 lakhs to 12 lakhs per annum (depending on candidate strength and roles & responsibilities the person can handle)
