Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a skilled Piping Vibration & Integrity Engineer with hands-on experience in analyzing and resolving piping dynamic issues in process and industrial plants. The candidate should have strong expertise in AIV, FIV, pulsation, cavitation, Surge and mechanical vibration analysis as per Energy Institute guidelines and must be competent in relevant ASME & API codes. The role involves performing detailed engineering calculations, making sound engineering decisions, preparing high-quality technical reports, and presenting findings to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed vibration and fatigue assessments including:
- AIV (Acoustic Induced Vibration)
- FIV (Flow Induced Vibration)
- Pulsation
- Surge
- Mechanical Vibration
- Cavitation and Hydrodynamic Vibration
- Execute vibration analysis as per Energy Institute Guidelines, API, ASME B31.3, and other industry standards.
- Good hold on piping stress analysis software such as CAESAR
- Evaluate plant data, Process Data, review P&IDs, isometrics, and piping layouts to identify vibration risks.
- Develop mitigation measures such as piping support optimization, acoustic damper solutions, line modifications, and pulsation control devices.
- Prepare detailed engineering calculation reports, vibration risk assessments, and client deliverables.
- Present technical findings and recommendations to customers, project teams, and management.
- Participate in model reviews, design validations, and plant troubleshooting visits.
- Make informed engineering decisions based on calculations, data interpretation, and industry standards.

Work Experience
Work Experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in piping vibration / dynamic analysis
Experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Power / Energy industry.
Qualification RequiredBachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering (Masters Preferred).
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge in AIV, FIV, pulsation, Surge, cavitation, mechanical vibration analysis.
- Proficiency in CAESAR II and familiarity with FEA tools (ANSYS preferred).
- Solid understanding of ASME, API, and Energy Institute vibration guidelines.
- Experience in piping stress analysis and fatigue evaluation.
- Ability to interpret field vibration data and inspection reports (preferred).
- Strong analytical and decision-making ability based on technical calculations.
- Excellent report writing, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to liaise with customers, vendors, and project teams effectively.
