Job Title: Pipe Stress Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Pipe Stress Engineer with 10+ years of expertise in Offshore Oil & Gas EPC projects. The candidate will be responsible for performing piping stress analysis, ensuring compliance with international codes and project specifications, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams for safe and optimized piping design.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform detailed piping stress analysis using software such as CAESAR II / AutoPIPE / Rohr2.
Analyze critical piping systems including high-pressure, high-temperature, subsea, and offshore platform piping.
Prepare and review stress calculation reports, support design documents, and technical specifications.
Evaluate nozzle loads and coordinate with equipment vendors and structural teams.
Ensure compliance with ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, API, NORSOK, DNV, ISO standards.
Conduct flexibility analysis, dynamic analysis, seismic analysis, slug flow analysis, and wind load assessment.
Participate in model reviews, design reviews, HAZOP, constructability reviews, and IDC meetings.
Review piping layouts, support drawings, and ensure proper support selection.
Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and designers.
Coordinate with process, structural, mechanical, and offshore installation teams.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in piping stress analysis within Offshore Oil & Gas projects.
Strong hands-on experience in CAESAR II (mandatory).
Experience working on offshore platforms, FPSO, jackets, topsides modules preferred.
Good knowledge of international codes and standards.
