We are seeking a skilled Piping Engineer with 8-10 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the design and analysis of piping systems, ensuring that all projects comply with industry standards and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Design and analyze piping systems for various projects
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings and specifications
- Conduct stress analysis and ensure system integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Review and approve vendor drawings and documents
- Troubleshoot and resolve piping-related issues during construction and operation
- Participate in project planning and scheduling activities
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in piping design and engineering
- Proficiency in piping design software such as AutoCAD, PDMS, or similar
- Strong knowledge of ASME, ANSI, and other relevant codes and standards
- Experience with stress analysis tools like CAESAR II or similar
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Familiarity with construction practices and project management
