- KEY RESPONSIBILTIES / WHAT WE EXPECT:
- Administer assigned piping engineering scope in a project.
- Take ownership of the assigned MDL scope relevant to the piping domain in project.
- Manage the assigned pipe stress analysis scope and document the results in order to fulfil the project/client requirements.
- Identify limitations of assigned piping scope and highlight it to piping lead with relevant solutions.
- Implement necessary changes in agreement with piping lead.
- Raise and evaluate internal interfaces about assigned piping scope.
- Contribute in design review preparation for assigned piping scope.
- Ensure the correctness of piping inputs and their implementation on design drawings for the assigned piping scope.
- Work within well-defined guidelines procedures for executing assigned scope.
- Implement department guidelines, codal provisions for piping engineering to the assigned piping scope.
- Implement client/internal design requirements pertaining to defined piping scope.
- Ensure desired functionality for the assigned scope in agreement with lead.
- Recommend improvements about relevant piping engineering guidelines procedures.
- Ensure piping engineering progress of assigned scope.
- Monitor and control project progress as per schedule with desired quality.
- Monitor the piping engineers and their KPIs for delivering assigned scope.
- Guide the reporting piping engineers with their assigned work and ensure optimal output.
- Govern the piping deliverables for assigned scope.
- Technical support for project procurement fabrication for assigned scope.
- Assist in resolving supplier TQ, SQ, concessions and NCRs for assigned piping scope.
- Participate in the testing activities about piping scope at the fabrication yard.
- Support in resolving fabrication related queries about assigned scope.
- Support in resolving queries about fabrication/manufacturing, project requirements for assigned scope.
- Support as a technical point of contact for assigned PO.
- Ensure HSSE in design for assigned piping scope.
- Assist peers to ensure company policies, values, QMS alignments.
- Guide subordinates for timely completion of all the mandatory and relevant e-learning trainings/programs.
- Promote to follow the HSSE, ISO and other departmental guidelines within department.
