HumanityOS is building Human Stability Infrastructure — a system designed to help people improve internal stability, focus, recovery, and decision clarity under real-world pressure.
We are preparing for a selective Paid Pilot Program and looking for interns who can support awareness, lead collection, applicant communication, partnership outreach, and pilot admission onboarding.
This is not a push-sales role.
We are looking for someone who can explain the pilot clearly, communicate professionally, collect qualified leads, coordinate follow-ups, and help the right applicants move through the pilot admission process.
Role Overview
As a Pilot Admissions & Partnership Growth Intern, you will support HumanityOS in building the early pilot admission pipeline.
Your work will include:
Lead collection
Applicant communication
Follow-up coordination
Pilot admission support
Collaboration outreach
Community and partner outreach
CRM / tracking updates
You will help connect HumanityOS with potential paid pilot applicants, collaborators, colleges, creators, communities, and professional networks.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Collection
Identify and collect relevant leads from:
WhatsApp groups
College networks
Startup communities
Founder groups
Professional communities
Creator / influencer collaborations
Pilot Admission Communication
Explain the HumanityOS paid pilot process clearly to interested people.
Applicant Follow-up
Follow up with interested applicants and guide them toward the next step.
Qualification Support
Help identify whether a person is a suitable fit for the paid pilot based on seriousness, responsibility level, and interest.
Consultation Coordination
Support consultation call booking and follow-up coordination.
Partnership & Collaboration Outreach
Reach out to colleges, creators, communities, professionals, and relevant groups for awareness and collaboration opportunities.

Maintain applicant and lead status properly:

Important Note
This is an unpaid internship.
However, performance-based incentives may be provided for successful qualified application onboarding, consultation conversion, pilot onboarding, or collaboration conversion as per company policy.
This role is not for aggressive selling.
We do not want interns to pressure people, make false promises, or push anyone into the pilot.
The goal is to educate, qualify, and onboard the right people.
