Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pilates Instructor located in Hyderabad. The Pilates Instructor will lead group exercise and private sessions, tailoring routines to meet diverse client needs and fitness levels. Responsibilities include guiding clients through safe and effective Pilates movements, providing modifications, and demonstrating expertise in physical alignment and techniques. Additional duties involve fostering a welcoming atmosphere, building client relationships, and maintaining a clean and organized studio environment.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Pilates Instruction and Group Exercise techniques
- Understanding of Physical Therapy principles to ensure safe and effective practice
- Strong Customer Service skills to build lasting relationships with clients and address their individual goals
- Previous Teaching experience with the ability to provide clear instructions and modifications for participants of varying skill levels
- Certification in Pilates instruction or related fitness fields
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping individuals improve their physical and mental well-being
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
