Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Waiter position at our Pizza Avenue location in Kapra. The Waiter will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking and delivering orders, offering menu recommendations, ensuring an enjoyable dining experience, and assisting with food service tasks. Additional duties include maintaining a clean dining area, coordinating with kitchen staff, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience or willingness to learn Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
- Basic knowledge of Cooking or kitchen processes is a plus
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced atmosphere
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards
