Pilates Instructor

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pilates Instructor located in North Delhi. The Pilates Instructor will lead group exercise classes, provide one-on-one instruction, and tailor sessions to meet the physical needs and fitness goals of participants. Responsibilities include designing Pilates training routines, educating clients on proper techniques for safety and effectiveness, and fostering a welcoming and engaging class environment. The role also involves providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experienced in Pilates Instruction and Group Exercise training
• Knowledge of Physical Therapy techniques and their application to fitness
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Teaching
• Ability to adapt workouts for various skill levels and physical abilities
• Certified in Pilates instruction; additional certifications in fitness or health-related fields are a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
• First aid and CPR certification is an advantage
