Job Title: Pilates Instructor
Location:Fitclub Gurgaon
Job Summary:
FitClub is looking for a certified and passionate Pilates Instructor to lead engaging and effective Pilates sessions for members. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving clients strength, flexibility, posture, and overall fitness through safe and structured Pilates programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group Pilates sessions (Mat/Reformer, if applicable)
- Design customized workout plans based on clients fitness levels and goals
- Ensure proper form, technique, and safety during sessions
- Monitor client progress and provide regular feedback
- Motivate and encourage members to achieve their fitness goals
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates area and equipment
- Stay updated with the latest Pilates techniques and fitness trends
- Assist in promoting Pilates programs and memberships at the club
Requirements:
- Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat/Reformer certification preferred)
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Pilates training
- Strong understanding of human anatomy and body mechanics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle clients with different fitness levels and needs
- Energetic, positive, and professional attitude
