Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Reformer Pilates Instructor, based at our studio in Civil Lines, Delhi. The instructor will lead group classes and private sessions, tailoring programs to meet the unique needs of clients. Responsibilities include developing and delivering engaging exercise routines, providing guidance on proper technique, and fostering a welcoming and supportive environment. The instructor will also contribute to promoting the studio's wellness philosophy and encouraging client progress and retention.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Reformer Pilates instruction and understanding of Pilates principles and techniques
- Ability to develop personalized fitness plans and adapt exercises to suit client needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging and supporting clients
- Passion for health, fitness, and wellness, with experience in teaching or leading group fitness
- Relevant certifications in Pilates instruction are highly preferred
- Ability to maintain a professional and encouraging environment
- Prior experience in a similar role or fitness setting is advantageous
- Commitment to working flexible hours to accommodate client schedules
